Tyler was recommended by friends when I bought my first home. I had no idea what a home inspection was for and why I needed one. I am so thankful he did the inspection! He informed me of the process and was very thorough with the inspection- which is exactly what I needed. I know nothing about what could potentially go wrong with a home, how everything works and what might need attention. Tyler has done 4 inspections for me and he’s always done a very thorough job on each house. If there are even any very minor issues he will find them and let you know about it meaning you will be walking into your house purchase knowing exactly what you are getting into and what needs to be repaired. Tyler did our home inspection. He was thorough and professional. He communicates well and was great to work with through the entire process. Even after we moved in, there were a couple of questions that came up going back to the home inspection.
